I'm gonna buy at least 6. I loved WCM and I'm not a mint guy. I kept ordering it after the run was over until I couldn't find it anymore. Here's to a WCM run every holiday season

Is there any theoretical or empirical evidence for decreases in efficacy when stacked with PA and/or leucine? Just to make sure, it is anti-catabolic during fasted cardio, and the insulin response is negligible or non-existent?
