    I have changed nothing else . .my pre-workout is still Jack3d and I am currently using syntha-6 protein. I am thinking that it may be the freetest only because its day time symptoms . .if it was the HGHup im thinking I would experience it throughout the course of the night.

    There is a product called emergen-C for immune system support. It contains 1000mg of vitamin C as well as vitamin B and other nutrients. Really helps me from getting sick.
