    hi, need help with my routine please. i train chest and triceps on mondays.. back and biceps on tuesday.. shoulders and traps friday and legs on saturday. i do 12 10 8 and 6 reps. but i cant get passed the stage of adding more weight to my routine..any info most welcome thanks mick

    hi, ive been bodybuilding only a year now and bulking atm, im nearly 14 stone in weight. the question is how does one know how much weight to put on? my diet is good but i do have a problem with my belly. it gets bloated if eat too much in a day. i.e 5 meals per day.. thanks mick:donut:

    hi, im new here been bodybuilding for a year now. im type1 diabetic.. the question is would cissus drol be ok for me to take? atm i started on proanabolic and 3 weeks into taking that. i take whey as a supplement and other vitamins. thanks mick:good:
