Cheers for the reply man. Your probably right, I most likely do need to eat more. Just seems that 3.5k calories is alot but i guess i need more. It feels like I put on more fat than muscle when i do gain weight though, but maybe thats just in my head

I've been to an endocrinologist and have had multiple blood work done in regards to having low T. The highest of these came in at 290. Apparently this is within the 'normal' range (I believe its 250-1000 or something close to that) so the endo said there...
Are you in the U.S? I'm in aus and im pretty sure GP's don't prescribe trt here.
Seems the general consensus is to get a second opinion so looks like i'll have to get another referral to see a different endo.

Havn't had my BF measured but i'd say its about 12%. As for diet it's i think its pretty good. I eat lots of lean meat and oats/rice/veggies...
