I think this should be made in a 25mg/mL concentration or given with a 1 mL pump. the current pump makes it hard to dose at doses of 50mg. started getting sensitive nips just from half a pump. using topical transform at 4 mL per day now to combat that
I would remove the tyrosine. It can cause a "cheesing" effect when combined with yohimbine. I do not think this would increase or bring out depression feelings but it may increase anxiety by the increase in monoamines. which may lead to a come down effect where you feel this way.
