Former track sprint cyclist turned bodybuilder. Some best lifts for squat are 396 for 20 reps, 484 for 6 reps! Front squat max single 374! Rack deadlift ( just above knees ) 836 for 3 reps! Single leg legpress 616 for 3 ( includes wgt of sled )! Been lifting for posterior chain/quad strength for 25 years!! Love the new challenge of bodybuilding, it's a hard sport! Just can't eat as much as I used to for track or I get fat!! ;) but when it comes to off season bulking I have no problem eating 5-6000 cal a day! One thing I've learnt over the years of lifting is you CAN'T RUSH IT! so a message to all the 18-25 year old 150 pound kids out there, TRAIN LIKE AN ANIMAL, EAT LIKE A ( HEALTHY ) HORSE AND DON'T OVERTRAIN!!!!! it ain't rocket science!!
