    nolvadex or clomid. both are serms. both are the way to go.

    p-mag is a much better bulker than hdrol. use that instead run it the same way basically. try doing 40/40/20/20 for the nolva dosing maybe.

    I gained about 13 lbs and kept about 6 lbs of it. But I dislocated my shoulder (not workout related) on the last day of my cycle so I got screwed during pct as i had to take the first week of pct off from the gym. But it worked great for me.
