Thanks it was a scary lesson in learning to listen to common sense and your body. I learned a lot more than I meant to. It was one of the few times I've actually been sick enough I was scared.
I pulled my best dead lift ever earlier this week, 215x1.. My previous best was 195 at 20-25lbs heavier body weight, my bench is back up to 120.. Only 15lbs less than my best this summer. I've added 20lbs to my seated OHP, and my foot is finally healing up enough that I'm squatting over body...
Thank you! I was diagnosed with a mild case of exhaustion and my body pretty much said screw you and I swelled up really really bad. Like 10-15lbs over 36 hours. There was some concern with my kidneys, but they are holding their own now. If I push too hard, I still have some minor swelling...
I had some health issues, and pretty much got told to get up and above maintenance calories asap and stay out of the gym. Last week was my first full week back in the gym [emoji17] I pushed myself a little too hard. Gonna be ok though.

Other than acne that could have just been normal cycle related no. Boobs are toast but I dropped a ton of weight and they were gone before lol. So to my knowledge no last related side effects
Lol it was fair judging. My stomach could have been leaner probably (loose skin from weight loss makes it hard to know) my arms and back were too lean and muscular, plus capped shoulder will get you marked down in bikini.. And I need more booty. But I am happy with what I brought to stage...
