  10. Eccentrics for tendonitis

    Im getting over tendonitis in both my biceps. I didnt worry so much about eccentrics so much as I worried about using a weight that didnt hurt. If it pissed off my tendonitis id keep dropping till I found a comfortable weight. Enough time with that and its given my elbow the rest it has needed...
