Yeah, as far as natural test boosters I wouldn't expect a whole lot anyway. Or maybe I just haven't used the right product
Definitely will try some of the ones mentioned in here.
I personally don't even do abs, and my abs are pretty apparent. What gives me abs is low bodyfat - abs are made in the kitchen.
That routine is probably trying to sell Hany's fst 7 routine. Phil probably doesn't even do it. I'd recommend doing barbell squats as they are about the best leg...
I find more volume with lower weight and more isolation helps, since they're smaller muscle groups and you might find other groups trying to take the workload
Most will say no, and I used to be TOTALLY against it. But I will also say it's not so much overtraining as it is under recovery. Sometimes I've hit one exercise for chest and decided to do a different body part, then did chest the next day or something. I wouldn't do two hardcore sessions back...
For me, I'll do whatever is best to build muscle, whether in a caloric restricted state or surplus. I feel what puts the muscle there is what's going to keep it there
Optimum french vanilla. Costs a good deal but I get it...because it tastes good. And has a good fat/carb/protein ratio. I feel It'd be more worth it in the long run if it tastes great because I won't be skipping any shakes. Also makes pretty damn good pancakes/waffles/pudding.
As far as being lean, you can find isolates that have very low fats and carbs. You could always just use egg whites and eat a real meal, which is my preference. Agree with the caloric deficit being the main thing that determines your fat loss.
