    Recently iv been doing an upper body lower body split, since iv been doing it for around 8-10 months and dont have as much time anymore i think its well and truly time for a change. Goal is to put on muscle, currently working 5 days p/week. Thanks buddy

    Yep i think my shoulders and tri's are taking a lot of the load but i still feel a pump in the chest after a pressing movement.
