I'm a carb addict and a nurse(so I know better). I know what to do to lose weight. I just won't get up and do it. But I'm putting my foot down. Turning over a new leap.

I refuse to be fat for the summer ever again. I've already started a diet and exercising. I plan to change the diet and exercise sessions every 2 weeks to keep me excited and my body guessing.

Its actually fun to workout, once I do it:-) I'm very laid back, and silly. I never take anything too seriously, my job is serious enough...So, I am excited to learn more about all of you. Incidentally, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
