Had to cut this one down due to having to get ready for work. Deadlifts felt good and happy with how my sumo technique conitunues to improve.
This week been around 218lbs. My training goals are to just stay consistent, injury free as much as possible, and to see if I can get stronger if that's possible for me lol.
