Phenibut, is there better?
Standardized Kava capsules (for example, NOW brand has 30% kavalactone caps) are great for anti-anxiety/euphoria if you take enough (I actually take about 20 to get "high", like not actually high but pretty nice euphoria.) I didn't really like phenibut because of the rebound effects. Well good...
