I hear you flabby, but as someone who has been training people for a few decades and constantly hears... How do I get leaner, how did I get stronger etc. I have found this to be effective. If people have to be overly spoon fed, I can't offer them much.

On week 7. It has being going a treat along side my meat ax training methods. Highlights of training included 160 kilo squats x 8, 180 kilo deads x 9 and 150 kilo benches x 8. Meat ax training and AnaBeta are a nice little pair.
