Thanks bro. I was inspired by all the other guys on here and the great work that they had already put in. I think everyone on here did a great job.
I started late into it so for the first two weeks I lived of nothing but chicken and white fish. It sucked like hell but the results...
Thanks dude, I've been hitting the cardio hard the past three weeks. 5-6 sessions a week as well as weights 5-6 times a week.
Its been tough as I have a very active job anyway but I'm hoping the results will be well worth it at the end!

Hi all,
I know it's late in the game but I thought I'd have a go. I've been cutting up for 3 weeks now. I started off at 203 lb and this morning I weighed in at 179 lb.
I'll try and add a before pic but for now this is the state I'm in.
