    I'm learning more & more on this topic, for me the push/pull kinda split seems like it would allow you to focus on muscles more individually instead of working muscles with opposite movements. Basically i am taking help of my trainer, he is a well experienced guy and i like to take his advice...

    Good Motivation.... I have seen this documentary, and really it's amazing that the body builders still compete with others without having any resources. Really a motivation for those who want to succeed in body building with limited resources.

    Salad is the perfect one... Salads are a good source of proteins. As far as burger is concerned, you can get it anywhere, across the road, highways & the fast food centers.

    Need some more research on it... I have just gone through this topic and read all the comments above. I don’t have much knowledge of the 2 arginine & agmatine, so I have to make research for it.
  5. How many eggs are too many

    2/Per Day I am taking 2 eggs per day. I think that's enough for a normal person. But, for the body builders and the sports persons 4eggs are good per day. 2 in the morning with a glass of milk and 2 in the evenings.
