    Preference, I guess. But wouldn't you say nutritionally, though, the water would be better overall? Or am I wrong in this assumption?

    Do the two go hand in hand? I do have a blood clotting disorder known as Von Willebrand Disease, but nonetheless, could a rise in petechiae come from lifting? if so, is there anyway to reduce it?

    As far as I've read, Epistane has had very minimal reverse effects, if any. It depends on your genetic disposition and how prone you are to getting gyno, as with any other substance.

    x2. I prefer it in water because I think it simply tastes better this way. I think the oil kind of ruins the purpose of eating the tuna, anyways.

  14. Saw IV review

    Was nothing of what I expected. The only scene that got me was one that wasn't even horribly gruesome: it was when the door was slammed on the pregnant woman's stomach and blood was pouring all over the floor. Was expecting a lot more from the movie than I received!

  15. How strict is your diet ?

    I try not to cheat more than once a week, and my cheats are usually pretty healthy cheats, such as Chipotle. It's tough, and I've slipped up here and there, but at the end of the day it's totally worth it!
