    I'm no expert, but I think fish oil, vitamin A and D all help with eyesight, mainly A; I think. Anyone else have any suggestions? I look at a computer screen mostly all day while working, I'm sure that's no good.

    The dose amounts on the label say "two scoops provide" and then lists everything. So if your only taking 1 scoop, remember to cut the dose amounts in half for everything. 2 scoops if the your fine with whats on the label, 4 if u want to double it. I think you'd be ok using 1 scoop in a morning...
