    Cotton is always cheaper from a pure blank. But there are a lot of factors in the finished price comparing a screen printed poly shirt vs. a DTG cotton print.

    The dual blends uses a special ink that will stay on but you are very limited in what you can do. The cotton shirts are a 30/1 count. Most of your basic tee's are 18/1 count. The higher the number, the finer the weave, which means softer and better quality.

    Some are Dual-Blend Poly/Cotton and other are 100% ringspun cotton. Colors and more intricate patterns need to be on cotton. It really depends on what you like.
