Since 23rd April 2018
There are many blood tests from people eating like this for years that show zero malnutrition
Again if you think the RDA is accurate then why are you not eating the RDA of protein? :)
Yeah people will criticise me for eating only beef, claim that I'm not getting enough nutrition - yet I'm apparently thriving on it, getting stronger and bigger, able to get leaner, feeling great? No test that I have taken has shown any issue with my nutrition or health yet somehow they are...
Yeah beef only, 2-3lb a day :) I'll have bacon and eggs sometimes as well
I get all my micros just from the beef, all blood tests are coming back normal. I feel great on it!
At the moment yes. One thing to note is I restricted carbohydrate more and more over the period of around 5 years. I didn't jump straight into carnivore
Been a while since I last logged anything. I'll start to log things again
Today I did reverse grip incline bench, worked up to doubles and singles with 60kg.
Moved onto dips, worked up to +40kg for a set of 5
Finished with arm work

That's a bit of a strawman though, in my opinion
The people that invented the reverse diet say that you should increase calories to maintenance and then reverse diet. Literally no coach says you should be adding 10g of fats and carbs each week from your competition, ha ha
LoveCompeting, I believe the examples you're referring to are pre-diabetic and diabetic persons who after a time of carb restriction will suffer dire consequences from eating carbohydrate as the insulin rebound that causes hypoglycemia never really goes away despite improved insulin sensitivity...
