I know I'll feel it. I normally don't do that many reps. I prefer 5 sets at 3 reps with more weight. Just glad i'm working at my desk today instead of on the shop floor.
Took my 1st dose this morning and off to the gym.
Weigh in was @ 199
Did a quick cardio warm up
Squat 5 of 10 @ 275
Calf raise 3 of 10 @ 140
Lunge @ 100 2 trips down the path at the gym.
10 minute on the stair master for cool down
I use to always use Sustain Alpha but since PP went under people are asking insane amounts of money for a bottle.
I was thinking about DAA and DTP but since I have yet to purchase anything besides the Tamox I wanted to leave that part open.
Tomorrow I will do a weigh in and my 1st dose.

Dosing will be 1 at 5am and 1 at 4 pm. When I go up to 45 I will be doing 2 in the am.
