    Thanks man i have been putting in the graft to be honest now even when I don’t feel like going for my fasted cardio I still end up going it’s become a habit. This is me now 73kg same food just no more white rice.

    My coach said the same thing about getting shredded first then it’s easier to maintain but have to work hard to get there first and can take a little longer than other clients he has.     I’ve started adding in carbs Pre workout meal 100g white rice And post workout 100g white rice It’s been 3 days is normal to look a Little bloated around midsection

    Yes that’s spot on my coach told me to add rice for meal 2 and meal 3 around my training the next 3 days then check in with him with weight and pictures. he said next phase can add these other foods but to lay off bread and fruit atm. 💪🏼

    Appreciate it man I always read back on this thread when you replied back in 2021. Crazy how time flies. Hope all is well. I’m going to slowly start introducing carbs back in at the moment just oats for breakfast after fasted cardio and oats pre workout in the evening.
