use to hit the gym 4x week just staying in shape .
broke my neck in a nasty fall. had c5 c6 fusion. was in a halo for over two years because the screws broke off in the c5 and c6 so I had to have it done all over again .so it came out to be 3 1/2 years of recovery . gained a lot of weight then broke my right hand out riding.. I went from being 240+- to well over 300. I got scared to work out or do any thing. and then got lazy ... just made excuses . all most killed my self with some experimental pill diet that was shutting down my pancreas and liver.. I said then if I make it,, I will get healthy in shape get strong and lose the fat.
I learned the hard way ..
there is no magic pills.. even with AS/PH if you don't put in the diet and hard work you get nothing..

I'm now down to 260 since 1/1/14 and shedding
I'm in the gym 7days a week I split cardio 3 days a week mon-wed 30min of cardio and 45min strength weights..

thur-fri 20min cardio and 45min strength weights.
