I'm currently an online college student. I'm a few semesters away from my associates degree. I'm going to major in psychology. My wife and I are live in caretakers for a man that is bedridden due to complications from an aneurysm. We live on a ranch with horses, sheep, and a herd of dogs. I've struggled with weight since adolescence, and I'd like to trim up and get strong. I workout in my home gym. My setup consists of a power rack, Olympic bar/weights, dumbbells, flat bench, incline/decline/preacher curl bench, and a heavy bag. I'm pushing 30 and I know I've got to make health my priority so my future children have a better shot at life.
