I've had to adapt again due to shoulder niggles. So at the moment it's:
MON Front squats, Rows, GHR
TUES Misc + biceps and triceps
WED Front squats, cleans, RDLs, lots of chins
THURS misc like Tues
FRI Front squats, wide rows, DB flies and triceps
SAT Deadlifts - either on the minute singles, or...
