Graduated from ASU, burned out on Social Work am now working for the school district as a liaison. I was a soccer, American Football, Volleyball, Westler in High School competitively in Soccer. Have been Wieght lifting since age of 15. Suffered a massive injury in 2015, almost lost my leg, ton/fin in 68 pieces, have 27 screws, a titanium nail through my tibia, full Osteotimy and have had two surgeries since. I was very active in the Wieght room up until 2015 and after my injury gained at least 30lbs and muscle went too fat. After six months of hard work and help of TRT plus SUST 250, I have been able too make a LOT of progress and my pain is now controlled well but still have many limitations. My diet, cardio, lifting pain medication and TRT have made it possible to loose 20lbs and 6 inches off my waist, added 3 too biceps/triceps, 3inches too my chest, not totally sure how much fat% I have lost but still have a long way too go as a 6'2 male at 245lbs.
