I finished up a couple tubs of prolab's mono creatine. worked for me, but it's got a lot of sugar (31g per serving). Why do you even need sugar in creatine? what are some good creatine brands that DON'T contain sugar?
been a year since my acl surgery and it still isnt as strong as my other good leg or at least what i would like it to be. what are the best exercises to strengthen all the muscles around the knee? i was thinking just squats and lunges?
im almost 24. only considering it so far...trying to get knowledgeable on this stuff before taking it. and yes my diet is good. and i've been working out for 3yrs
im doing alotta research on h-drol, s-drol, m-drol. im thinking of doing a cycle of h-drol because it seems to may have less side effects. but as for a pct would this work:
