I take 2 Daa am and 2 pm. I spread the Erase out throughout the day 3 a day. I haven't noticed any joint pain I take a good multi and fish oil daily also and has worked well for me
Thanks for the info. I'm taking Amino energy every morning and pre workout now so I'll continue that and add creatine during the 4 weeks. Is 4 weeks a long enough break if I want to run Daa/Erase pro/Anabeta elite next?
