- Hi Everyone my name is adam campbell. I currently work for monstersupplements.com (a supplement store in the UK) and have ran the trade accounts for 6 months.
I started training when i was 14 and weighed 8 stone. I love training in any form and have done many forms of martial arts as well as weight training. The biggest i got up to was 98kg at about 13% bodyfat but am currently dieting and am 89kg at about 8% bodyfat. I am a natural ectomorph and struggle to put on weight but am reasonably strong for my size.
I enjoy helping people and giving advice based on my own experiences and experiences with others.
Shortly i will be undertaking a personal training course. I have wanted to do this for a while as i enjoy training people and have trained with many good bodybuilders in the past.
So hopefully i will be able to be a positive part of the forum and offer some good advice.
