i'm doing a workout from muscle magazine which called frequen fryer program. its a 6 day workout. with
monday- chest back shoulders traps.
tuesday- quads hamstrings tris and bi's
wednesday-chest back shoulders traps
thursday quads hamstrings tri's bi's
friday- same pattern
saturday

I am 18 6'4 175 very lean not much body fat. would the asteriod stack be good for me? It won't screw me up or anything like that would it? and what kind of results would i see.
What kind of results will i see with asteriod stack? Also i was reading up about it and its not bad for you at all like with your liver or anything else right?
so i am 18 and 6'4 175 lbs. i have been lifting now for 6 months and have been gaining weight and been lifting more but now i am stuck at a certain weight for about 4 weeks now and it is very annoying. So i want to take one of these stacks and which one would be best for me?
