    My maintenance calories seems to be around 2400 calories. So, I'm just going to stick with around that many calories for the first couple of weeks and then adjust from there. That calculates to 160g Fat 210g Protein 30g Carbs.

    Hi, I just received my blood cholesterol profile in the mail. My HDL is very high and throws my total cholesterol above the optimal range. Is this a problem, since HDL is considered "good" cholesterol? Total Cholesterol: 244 :think: HDL: 112 LDL: 117 Triglyc: 73 P.S. I LOVE my egg yolks, haha.

    I usually train around 9:00am. Over the past year, I've turned into a "morning person". When I get out of bed in the morning, I'm ready for war! If I wait until 2-3pm to train, my energy is a bit less.
