  1. Tips for bringing up lagging pec

I did get my chest growing by doing heavy dips and then going just all out bodyweight. Other great option for me was band press, just like with dumbbells but only with bands. Feels so good as I can't do flyes cause have had some pain in shoulders. Using rest pause with these, something like 8-12...
  2. best knee sleeves

I have both, Rehbands did get too loose so fast but SBD's are tight as new even I have used them for year now. So SBD.
  3. Critique my routine

For legs I recommend doing longer sets, and maybe another training day also. You now have 3 upper body days and only one lower.
  4. Back to basics

You should check out Josh Bryant's Jailhouse Strong book. Lots of information and programs done with bodyweight. Maybe 10$ at Amazon.

  9. New Routine/Program Suggestions

Have you tried Jamie Lewis's Destroy the Opposition books routines? If you feel **** one day you do only required things and when you feel great you do more. Really basic movements and you just hit them hard. Works great.
  10. What's the best type of workout? Full body or split routine?

It is not about the time you lift in the gym, but the effort you put on it. In my eyes your stats look good, build your base first, then start thinking what's next.
  11. Not gaining much size

Really suggesting that you read some Paul Carter's articles or books. Has worked well for me, especially high rep compound movements near technical failure.
  12. Site Updates!

Thanks man. Have to check out powerlifting-section.
  13. Site Updates!

I have scoliosis so when benching, can't keep my right shoulder blade back. So when going to really close to failure it usually starts to hurt because my technique breaks just a little. Also it gets very tight near front delt / upper chest. It hurts only when benching normally near max reps...
