Yeah I've only tried 3Z and a sample of Finaflex's G8. And they both worked for me. I did notice that some people felt groggy the following day. I guess sleep-aids are hit or miss. I'd say try out that sample of 3Z, because if it works, then it would be exactly what you need to start your day...
