    Sugar-free pudding mix is pretty good with some walnuts and stuck in freezer for an hour. I noticed the brand you get has a lot to do with it also.

    Take a break,no sense in wasting time if your not into it anymore,a good break for a week or two should change your outlook.I get this with overtraining.

    Im good with eating a good bit of greek yogurt and kimchi it seems,i take orange triad again so it should also help. Even with good digestion I always had a problem with large meals.Everyone is different and I need to eat smaller meals.

    I found that grilling all meat makes it last way longer then baking.Sucks but the more well done red meat is the longer it lasts(about 4days).I myself grill sat or sun and again wed or thur.
