    I've noticed it's marketed as a fat loss supplement in inactive people, but I've noticed I might have gained a few lbs after a month doing 2x25mg/day. Anyone else have any experience with this?

    Sadly, my drinking started long before I even knew what a barbell was. I've given up for a while to cut body fat along with APD. Drinking post-workout is pretty awesome though. I recommend Templeton Rye.

    That article looks interesting. I think I'm maybe going to try it at the 2x25 mg/day dosage as well. I probably won't combine it with anything else to start, I just want to see how much of an effect there is on it's own.

    I am starting I am Legend. Other than that, mostly just journal articles for work.
  6. How old is everyone here?

    I am 28 and have been lifting consistently for 2 years since I moved to NYC. Working on not having such a high percent body fat, but it's hard when you're in graduate school to eat well consistently.
