Looking forward to 3.0. About 2 weeks in stacked with epitome, combustion, lipomorph and EC. Seeing some damn good results while being somewhat liberal with my diet. Down about 4 pounds and maintaining strength quite well.
I run a cyclical keto diet and have been on epitome for a week and a half or so now. I've noticed that the temp elevation is much worse the day after a refeed.
