    I was on astroflav gda at the time..I had pre and post wrkout carb meals so those meals i adjusted the caps to which would have been either 1 gda or 2 for each of those meals

    I've loved project ad matador, astro flav gda, infinis nutrition gda. Ive tested matador and chemix gda wit my monitor. I've been using astro flav each carb meal dending on carbs and same with infinis and saw a slightly recomp effect with no direct changing of diet

    was just gonna use ostarine by itself 8 weeks and pct if i could get my hands on liquid nolva. and using an AI during the cycle. do you think an otc ai would suffice with ostarine instead of keeping the rx ones on hand?
