    I'm going to give Granite Supplements Arc Reactor a try. Profile looks decent unless I get screwed like some folks on Amazon who say they received a product with different ingredients than what is shown.

    Appreciate the feedback from everyone. Being a cheap bastard, making my own with bulk ingredients sounded good in my head but now that I think about it F that. What am I going to save a few bucks?

    That's about as far as I have made it with making up my own. I just finished a tub of assault labs wild thing but am looking for something new with stims and pump.

    Where did you serve DemntedCowboy? I was in Iraq in 03 for the initial invasion. Went in through breach point 2 and fought our way North, spent the majority of my time fighting in Nasiriyah. 1st MARDIV infantry.

    Just don't be an idiot like me. This was 100% preventable. I was rushing and let my form go to **** with moderate weight on the bar. You can bet your ass that I'm not going to make this mistake again.

    Thanks guys and Cgkone that is a good perspective to have focus on the can not the can't. I am pleased to say I'm not in anywhere as much pain as I was when I had a similar injury 8 years ago. Just got to suck it up, improvise, adapt, and overcome!
