I'm not counting calories or anything currently. I just got into lifting and eating as I get hungry. I'm eating around 6x a day currently. I'm slowly just trying to eat better. Cutting out what bad habits at the moment
So I'm new to lifting/working out and currently doing "shortcut to size" routine . I'm on week 3. My wife bought t25 and was wondering if I can do it along with my current routine with out impeding my gains from shortcut to size. However I'm hoping the t25 will help me lose my stomach and love...
Does creative have to be regulated? Or done in a stack like some of the other products? I ask BC a guy a the gym told me to use it for 2wks then off for 2wks then repeat
Some of the products I chose I was thinking since I'm am carrying around extra weight I thought my estrogen levels may be a little higher. So if I knocked those down I thought I may shed the fat faster
I'm 29. I'd say 20+% is fat since I do have a gut and love handles. And no I'm not trolling; maybe file it under being uneducated if I'm asking for too much.
