    yea i feel like if i would have gotten regular erase i'd have more flexibility but erase pro requires less dosage to attain the same i think from reg erase. I've used DAA before and feel like it triggered a bit of gyno cause it DEFINITELY was working but not sure on the d-pol although its DAA...

    Yea ill be taking glucosamine which worked for me a while back when i messed up my rotary cuff a bit. Got letro just in case. I have no liver support though. Really that harsh on the liver? Thinking of getting away with not taking any liver support but if i do, milk thistle?
