  1. Anyone use LifeExtensions compounded test?

Yep. I apply 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml in the afternoon. I was originally on Androgel at 7.5 g per day (6 pumps). It got me to low end of normal range, but it didn't make me feel any better. Switched to compounded testosterone (200mg/ml) 1 ml once a day...also tried 1/2 ml twice a day. It was...
  2. Anyone use LifeExtensions compounded test?

Interesting. Mine is powdery sometimes, but not flaky. There are plenty of compounding pharmacies so you may want to try another.
  3. Anyone use LifeExtensions compounded test?

I use compounded testosterone (not from Life Extensions) and it sometimes looks like a powder after I apply it. I'm on 200mg/ml twice a day and have had fantastic results. My TT, free T, and bio-available T numbers are now at the upper range of the normal range and I'm feeling great! No problem...
  4. Inject vs Transdermal

Good to know. I'm deploying to Afghanistan soon and doc suggested moving me from cream to sub-q injections while deployed. Never pinned before so I am very hesitant. Cream is working wonders but don't know if the working conditions will work well with cream.
  5. Inject vs Transdermal

Good point. Gels and creams can be a mess which will increase chance of contaminating your child. Would sub-q injections twice a week be preferable to one injection every 2-3 weeks?
  6. Inject vs Transdermal

I started on Androgel but it didn't do much for me. Switched to testosterone cream at 200 mgs/ml twice a day and it has made a huge difference in my life. Estradiol levels increased so doc put me on Arimidex. Have not experienced any problem with DHT conversion.
  7. ZMA Dosing

Supposed to take 3 caps 30-60 minutes before bed on empty stomach.
  8. Healthy Lipid Stack

Aside from omega 3 fish oil and fiber, go see your doctor for a statin drug. Lipitor knocked my cholesterol in half and now my LDLs and HDLs are good. If you do start a statin drug, make sure you supplement with CoQ10. Statins reduce your CoQ10 level by the same percent they reduce your cholesterol.
  9. Experiences with ZMA

Last night was my third night using ZMA. The dreams are vivid and interesting to say the least! Almost like a movie in my head (Tropic Thunder reference). The sleep has been awesome. I'll have to look into trying each (zinc, magnesium, and B6) separately in the future to save some $$$.
  10. Rank these fat burners?

No input from me. Not familiar with fat burners. Am interested in results of this thread. Interesting that you both of your top 3's were the same.
  11. Experiences with ZMA

I noticed my dreams are more interesting. Not sure if my sleep is any deeper. I seem to get pretty good sleep now unless my brain is fixated on something when I'm trying to get to sleep. Increased GH release would be nice, but I think this would be hard or impossible to gauge.
  12. Experiences with ZMA

I just started taking ZMA a couple days ago and I would like to know what experiences others have had with this supplement. I'll give it a month...if no benefits, then I won't continue.
  13. question on Test Cyp

Don't get me wrong...I'm not questioning your knowledge. In fact, I appreciate the information you provide!!!
  14. question on Test Cyp

I couldn't agree more. Very true! I have been on TRT since last June, but it was not until December when I realized my GP didn't really understand TRT. The doctor I see now for my TRT seems to have a much better handle on the subject and I feel way more confident going to her for this sort of...
  15. question on Test Cyp

Seems to be a recurring statement from you. I have much to learn.
