    I am an endurance bcaa plus fan. It's complete with beta alanine, Creatinol O Phosphate, glutamine, and cit Mal. It's a solid product with lactic acid buffers and bcaa. The price is good too. When your getting the cit Mal and COP added it goes a long way.

    I agree the appetite suppression does well. I really liked kicking off my cut with it for that reason. Going from bulking to cutting the cals were dropped quite a bit. I needed something to keep me from wanting to eat all day.

    May hate it, but love the way I look when I do it. Straight shredded. Cardio is the one thing I never slack on, I am a true believer it gives the best cuts.
