Didn't have time to crawl into supplement lair in basement for props.

once upon a time there was a smiley donut :donut: this donuut wasnt very happy with the way he looked.... every where he went he was teased:rasp: :stick: :rasp: and picked on:trout: :nutkick: :nutkick: :trout: and he had an incredible problem with IBS :toilet: :dump: :toilet: :dump: :dump: :fart: :fart: and it made all the other kids sick :sick:

then one day a new guy named mace came skipping to school :bruce3: and had with him a lil present called 3-AD and a plan for the dmiley donut to change:bb3: :study: :study: :study: :bb2: the donut whined casue it was tough:squat: but mace wouldnt hear it:whiner: he said GET UP:twisted: WORK THAT DONUT ASS:whip: :whip: :whip: bfore long and after long training:bruce1: :bruce2: :dance: and lots of cardio with the 3-AD plan the donut became a great lookin guy:bb: and VERY STRONG:clean: he then pawned all the other that teased him :bow28: and cracked some heads:frustrate :frustrate :frustrate :frustrate :frustrate :frustrate :frustrate :frustrate and then mace pulled out his umbrella and told him there was other donuts out there he had to help and skipped away:bruce3: :gore:
 
damn lost count cause of story time...... oh well...... good luck to everyone now poopernonamous is pooped and i gotta sleep gnight all
