Going to run a Havoc and Androtest cycle.

Going to run a Havoc and AndroTest cycle for 6 weeks.

Not my first time taking havoc, I ran a havoc and p-slin cycle years ago when I was in my early 20’s and it yielded great results and no crazy side effects for me. It now has been over 10 years since I’ve taken any type of supplements or pro hormones, I slacked off eventually and stop going to the gym for years

I’ve been working out for a few months now and been trying to regain weight, I am at 145 lbs right now 5’9 height, when I ran my havoc cycle years ago I reached peak 175 lbs.

Trying to get to atleast 165 by the end of the cycle and also taking mass gainer to gain weight, I still have super fast metabolism and looking forward to running this cycle.

I have nova on deck and liver support for pct down the road. Any recommendations will be appreciated on like how should I stack these two for example 20mg per day havoc and androtest ?

I’ll leave you guys with some pictures when I took my last havoc cycle, remember this was YEARS AGO!! I’m 36 now, last cycle was when I was about 24-26 years old

damn losing 30lbs in 10 years .. were u sick or just hard time eating and stuffing down food.

glad you took time off in btwn cycles .. i can only comment on havoc/epistane .. unsure of what androtest .. not too popular here in states.

1. def run liver better yet pick up couple to few bottles of all around cycle support .. worrying about liver is good and all but so many other stuff you should take care of as you get older and older .. my motto is better to be safe then sorry.
I would run cycle assist through out cycle and pct .. and on pct if you do end up using nolva throw in your liver product on top .

$25/bottle should be in everyones arsenol imo .. should be able to find it at UK sites too

back to your cycle .. typical epistane cycle runs 30-40mgs for 5 weeks.
30/30/30/40/40 something like that for havoc ( ofcourse all depends on your cycle .. always adjust as you are by sides )
androtest i would just do recommended ( maybe someone else can chime in )

Thank you for respond, yea I lost a lot of weight after I stopped working out because I didn’t take care of myself, was eating two or three meals a day, not a lot of calories and I went through a rough patch in my life with drugs but I am 3 years clean now so I’ve been living a good health style ever since, I got two kids now which changed my life completely; trying to stay healthy for them and my partner !

I started cycle today, going to start with 20mg havoc for two weeks then up it from there and will take androtest as it says in the bottle.

I’ll be keeping everyone posted on my progress

yup totally fine with that dosage at 20mg for 1st week .. and ramp it up as you desire .. you wont see naything from it maybe until 3rd week

Yea I remember Havoc kicking in for me the 3rd week, I loved the results hence why I’m doing this cycle again, first time taking Androtest, I’m taking it just as the bottle is telling me, don’t want to over do it, Androtest 3 pills a day, one morning, one afternoon and at night. Havoc taking one during the day and the other one late afternoon.

no1 really can tell u without test results of liver .. i always take support on cycle ..whether i feel i need it or dont need it .. better to be safe then cautious

again i prefer something that handles prostate, liver, bp , cholestrol etc
but if your only going liver route .. def taken, epistane is an actual steroid and isnt light according to the anabolic book

i have "liver and organ defender" from predator, says its good for prostate, liver, kidney, heart etc going to also take it with the cycle. really appericate you responding back!

np .. oh is that by 5% rich piana .. expensive but yeah if its all of the above and includes support .. run it through cycle and pct as well

i thought when u said "liver" u meant like nac/milk thistle or tudca alone.

Yep from 5% rich Piana, yea it was a bit expensive but worth it. it tells me to take 9 caps a day throughout the day. damn, lol im already taking multi vitamins which already in itself is like 5 pills, should i contiune my multi vitamins ? not a fan of taking so many pills

yeah alot of caps .. im not a fan of multi unless i have deficiency in something then ill take something for that .. but never a full multi .. i mean it doesn't hurt really but yea u can stop it unless blood work or dr shows/tells u should be.

go by what your body tells you really
9 caps you can split those whenever .. no right or wrong timing .. can do 3/3/3 throughout the day or all 9 at once and get it over with lol

should be ok .. no really way again to know how much damage is your liver take .. honestly PCT stuff like nolva and clomid tends to do more damage.

if your truly scared pick up like a tuda bottle and throw in a cap a day as a cautious

I started this stack on Monday. I weighed 145 last week but I I’ve been drinking my weight gainer for about two weeks now and i just checked my weight and I am at 148. Think in a couple weeks I’ll be at 150-155lbs once the stack kicks in 🙏🏼

nice yeah hopefully youll pack on some clean muscles and not much fat .. how many calories u taking in just from weight gainer ?

weight gainer 6 scoops for 1360 calories. drink it through out the day but i also eat breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner. so im at 2k calories about a day. i have high metabolism and i tend to rarely gain fat. earlier in my work out days, i never did cardio, think i never ran a trendmil at the gym lol we will see since im older now lol
 
I have a KakiClay pull up bar at home so on my days off im still doing calisthenics and also have resistance band just incase also. Both has been a great help especiallly that I have two kids at home so if i get home late from work, and dont have time to go to the gym, i'll work out using those items.

So your consuming 2k calories and 1360 of them is coming from shake ?

You gotta change that bro if thats case .. its not just the weights those weight gainers arent that good filled with dirty fillers yea youll gain weight ofcourse bc its nearly sugar and prolly under 50g protein your taking in.

Just my thoughts there shoukd be few threads here about making ure own shake if cant find it i would create one .. you gotta eat more calories

I needed this, yeah first time taking weight gainer, maybe this is the reason why sometimes i feel kinda weird at times, i try to force myself to drink the whole thing daily so i can gain weight fast, i feel like i am probably just rushing the process. i need to eat more and just stay with my stack, my gainer is almost over anyway, going to finish it and not buy one anymore. if you can create one for me i will highly appericate it! thanks man you have been a great help
 
I would say you need to sort your diet out before hopping on gear my man. A lot of what you’re trying to accomplish can be sorted out by eating more real food. 145 is very light and aims towards more of a nutrition issue rather than needing to hop on gear.
Try to get to minimum 2,000 calories of real food. You’ll be surprised how much mass+muscle you put on.
With how low you’re eating, the steroids are going to do nothing to you. Mass gainers are 99% sugar, hardly any protein, and very bad for you in general.
I know you probably won’t listen as you already started your cycle, but at least ditch the mess gainer and aim for 4 meals a day of real food of at least 500 calories each. Also aim for minimum 150g of protein

I am here to listen brother, I'll start doing that today; ditching the mass gainer and will eat atleast 4-6 meals a day with high calories. thanks man!
 
I just checked, so i Approximately eat 1,641 calories a day without the mass gainer. breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and evening snack.

youve gotta pump that up if you want to grow. Aim for 2,500 total calories daily, try and get it from whole foods as much as you can, but dont be scared to eat a pizza etc to get your calorie intake up. You look very lean so im sure you'll welcome it. Load the pizza with lots of meat on top of what it already is, easy way to get an extra 1,000-,1500 calories a day if youre struggling.

are you tracking your macros with something like myfitnesspal? The gamification of tracking macros makes it kind of fun, and it opens up the eyes on how much food you're eating and if you are meeting your daily requirements to grow.

some good advice .. yup typical rule 700min calories per meal then let your snacks pumple on top of them.

its tough but you gotta do it .. and keep an eye on your libido .. im assuming androtest helps in that department lol

I mean, if you arent getting your 150g-200g of protein a day then you can incorporate a shake, but like I said you will benefit more from eating whole foods to get your protein intake.
I pretty much only have 1 scoop of protein or 2 max a day. One in my morning oats+fruit, and one in some greek yoghurt as an evening snack. Protein shakes are 100 calories so they aren't going to put weight on you, but good convenience if youre falling behind on your protein intake
 
Appreciate everyone here helping, loving this forum ! I noticed one of my main issues is appetite and I believe me vaping ruins it, been trying to quit! Trying to get my body used to eating a lot more but I get full real quickly so I’m prone to eating a lot but very small portions at a time 🤦🏽‍♂️

Downloaded app this morning. Game changer! Just finished lunch and i am at 1,633 calories right now and no mass gainer. Maybe I was just explaining the way I ate wrong here, I think I’ve been eating close to 3,000 calories when including the mass gainer.

I’ll keep y’all posted end day how many calories I’ve ate without mass gainer
 
So it looks like i eat around 2000-2600 calories a day. Today reached 2600 no mass gainer, if i would to drink a whole gainer now, i'll be at 3200 + calories haha

tomorrow i think i can reach the 3000 once i add oatmeal etc to my breakfast

youve hit the weight before you will hit it again in no time- dont forget about muscle memory too- youre body will bounce back faster from a “detrained state” vs breaking into uncharted territory
 
One week Havoc and Androtest completed. I haven't noticed much just yet but I am able to do 10 pull ups, 10 dips without any help, week two going with 20mg still of havoc and Androtest still going what the bottle says. Week 3 I'll up it to 30mg, 4th week 30mg, then end it at 40 mg week 5 and 6. Looking foward to the end results. Keep everyone posted! Eating habit getting better also, lets get it
 
OP, did you get these recently from Predator Nutrition? I was considering getting a stack like this but afraid customs will take it.
 
Quick update, When I first started my gym journey last month my starting weight was 144 lbs, I was taking weight gainer and creatine for two weeks and a half until I got my stack of havoc and rpn havoc.

I’m on week 3 on my stack and I weighed my self today, at 153lbs ! Been eating good no more weight gainer and no creatine, probably will finish creatine once the cycle is over.

The pump I’ve been getting from Havoc and Androtest is massive, loving this stack! My whole family members are asking me how the hell I was able to gain muscle so quickly 😂

3 more weeks with this stack, looking forward to the end results. Now I’m at 30mg of havoc, last two weeks will do 40mg
 
UPDATE, just getting into week 4 on my cycle this Monday, two more weeks to go to finish. As
Of right now I weigh154lbs from 144 starting weight.

This cycle has been great so far and the pump you get is pretty insane. Looking forward to my last two weeks then go on PCT and will do another cycle in the coming summer again.

Just a reminder, I’m two months and a half in going to the gym since the last time i went which was about 9 years ago about probably more, so I’m happy where my body is at right now but I know I’ll get to where I want to get very soon, just gotta keep this routine going !

Man I appreciate finding this thread hella, I have the same stack coming from predator and almost talked myself out of it. I don't really want to pin test. I have it, but I don't really want to start it, and I'm in a very similar boat as you, 145, used to be big, have been back in the gym a couple months, definitely will be running it after reading this write up

Ok, so I’m finishing my cycle at 5 weeks! Ran out of Androtest and should be done with Havoc this Sunday.

Still massive pumps at the gym and each week since starting havoc and androtest I’ve been lifting heavier weights. Insane what these two pills (havoc,androtest) can do.

Finishing weight 156lbs from 145lbs! I’ll keep everyone posted about my pct journey as well.

What dosages did you end up running?

I’m starting a Epistane and Dbol cycle on Monday but for 8 weeks lol. I don’t plan on going higher than 30mg of Epistane

Was going to do 40 mg last two weeks but I felt the 30mg was enough, and since I just started the gym etc I wanted to play it safe but maybe next cycle I will

AndroTest
Bottle recommendations is what I followed, 3 pills spread through out the day

I’ve never done Dbol before but I heard mix reviews about it, let me know how that stack works out for you, I am looking forward to trying something new, maybe I’ll add that to my next stack ?
