If running 17a.oral just add more TuDCA then K2/D3, hydrate well, and bloodwork will largely stay in check if healthy.

Everyone worried about the liver but you rarely actually need liver support. You NEED to stay on top of heart health and keep your cholesterol and other heart related markers in check.

If you eat clean, stay on top of cardio, are well hydrated and monitor your blood pressure, all things that everyone into bodybuilding or anything fitness should already be doing, you will be fine.

And if you stay off most orals you will be even better off

I'd skip those as a injectable and buy the oral version of each as they work perfectly fine. No need to inject things that work great as regular supplements.

But if your liver was in bad shape then injectable glutathione would be the go-to.

But unless your running orals for 16 weeks straight or something like that your not gonna crap your liver out. I've seen guys ran anadrol for almost a year straight.

I think 5% nutrition offers a pretty comprehensive cycle assist. The only thing missing is TUDCA but it covers some of the basis for heart and kidney support (most important in my opinion)

I just feel like whatever they were passing off is glutathione could not possibly be glutathione and if they invented some kind of version or way to protect it from temperature and light I'm pretty sure they'd be multi multi millionaires now with a Lasker award or something lol

no blood work, but you can kind of tell if it worked or not. especially if you do it after drinking alcohol. seemed like it still works without refrigeration but it doesn't really make sense to me. im guessing there must be alcohol in the solution to keep it fresh, but I'm sure leaving it out of the fridge still degraded the effectiveness.

I refrigerated my last bottle too, but it came yellow already. and I put the bottle before that one in the fridge when it was low and it didn't crash (it was yellow too tho)
