Todays not really going as planned, basically just arguing with my girl all day because when she's in a bad mood she basically has to make everyone else suffer along with her. Skipped lunch and idk if we're going to dinner now. If she fucks the rest of the day up then me and my cousins are going out tomorrow instead.

I really dropped the ball today, just went to dinner, ordered a Mediterranean style appetizer plate with vegetables and hummus and some buffalo wings for appetizers and I pretty much finished them before I remembered to take a picture lolInvalid Link Removed

Then I had a Gorgonzola encrusted porterhouse steak and I finished that without taking a picture either lol. My bad

Didn't like anything on their dessert menu so I'm heading to the store to grab a bunch of random desserts to bring home for me and the kids

Damn. That’s a party. I just finished a 14 hour day at work and ended with a bar mitzvah that had a nice roast beef. Had a few slices as I ran through the kitchen. Then back tomorrow for the same.

Didn't end up going for sushi yesterday so I ordered some today and brought it home for lunch, had 8 pieces of this with a chicken breast and some spinach for meal 2 today.

From what I Yesterday damage wise, according to my math I gotta either do 1900 cal a day for the next 3 days to balance it out or I need to do the difference in extra cardio🤬🤬🤬Invalid Link Removed

I don't know if you guys remember but I got I think 20 or so extra caps of thermoamp that someone had left over so I'm going to be using this for 6 weeks now. Do you guys want me to just run the log out for 6 weeks or do you want me to pull the plug when I finish the bottle you guys sent me?

Also Neuro Melatonin, my girlfriend used it 3 days in a row and she dosent have sleep issues, but she feels like it made her a lil drowsy and made her sleep better. She said she felt like she could have slept in longer too if she didn't have to be up for work in the morning.

She also said she had a dream that I cheated on her twice...... And yelled at me for being a dream cheater 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I've tried so many apps and I always end up not liking them so I just recorded on my free notepad, the following time I repeat a workout I open up the old workout refresh the date and just make sure I beat the previous workout and weight or reps. So next time I do chest and biceps il probably start with a heavy bench press and then try too much my number is on the rest of that workout because I'll be doing them when I'm already a little tired and that's still kind of a way to progressive overload.

Also, we noticed the other day that the dropper for Neuro Melatonin dosent have the measurements on it anymore, the just kind dissapeared lol. Not a big deal to me as I have a bunch of other droppers but might be something to bring up on the next batch

I’m a big believer in a good cheat day, every once in a while. It really helps psychologically to stay on a cut. Great job so far…looks like your maintaining your goals.

Sometimes when I get in a sticking point like this I have to do something drastic for a few days. Weather it be cutting calories by 1/3 on a cut or doubling them on a bulk. Something like that to get the ball rolling again

If I wasn't 5'9 I would lol, if I was to fight @205 I'm going to end up fighting someone who's like 6'2 and normally walks around at 225.

Most of the guys my height fight in the 150's, I'd have to start a meth addiction to make that weight class

I'm glad you got to eat so well though. Over the weekend I watched a bunch of kids and adults eat pizza at a birthday party and they kept trying to get me to eat some too. It drew a lot more attention to me than I wanted. But I love pizza more than anything to I just enjoyed it vicariously through them. And I snagged 3 or 4 pepperoni's off the slice my son didn't finish.

I get what you mean about your body being happy at a certain weight. Mine has been like that since my late 30s. I know it would be very easy to push the scale number up, but I also know that I'd be adding more fat than I want. My body definitely doesn't seem to want to go down on the scale, so I've just settled on a slow and steady recomp.

You've got experience cutting weight though. And I know you've got more tricks up your sleeve if the weight isn't coming off in a timely enough manner to stay on your planned/projected course.

Stay dedicated to your plan bro and you'll get it. After you beat up some kid that's half your age (and under 6'0") it'll be time to celebrate.

Ya I'm not super worried, I still have 82 days to go, what that like 11 weeks? It sucks because I'm dieting at a time where I feel like I would be growing very easily if I was allowed to eat more.

If you think you will grow well now, wait until 11 weeks from now! You will really be ready for a rebound.

or use clen like canelo, but you would have to spend some time in mexico eating street vendor food, lol.
 
Todays 2 workouts, both were pressed for time.
As I'm working into these higher rep ranges and focusing more on conditioning I'm gonna be using more machines, cables and dumbbells to lower the risk of injury, I will continue to do some heavy barbell stuff but I'm going to limit it. Will still work in heavy bench presses and squats or box squats and shoulder pin press.Invalid Link Removed

Shooting in a pool tournament in 1 hour so hopefully the weightlifting doesn't throw my shot off. That would suck.

Maybe 100mcg of t4 would help with optimal thyroid function.

Need bloods, anyways. That's all stuff that will be happening down the road not in the near future while I'm on thermoamp. I thought that stacking thermoamp with clen and t4 might skew the results of this log 😆😆😆😂😂😂

i would say that if it were not against the rules to use it that clen would be a very abused PED by pro boxers--not to say that it's possible many use it between fights.

It's already very abused in pro boxing and MMA. I've heard of many guys using it leading up to the fight, and swapping it out for Albuterol closer to the day. All you need is a prescription for a inhaler (Albuterol) and you can get away with it to a certain degree

Well he was at the gym today and it's the first time I've seen him in a while and we worked out together. He loves picking apart my workouts so we actually took the workout I did Sunday and went through it again today except I started off with a flat bench press and then proceeded to do sunday's workout over again. The difference was night and day having someone there to yell at me or tell me how many reps more I need to do etc. Sunday I was doing sets of 15 with 75 lb dumbbells, today was 75's for 25,23,20 lol I'm leaving so much in the tank when I work out by myself. I also hit a flat bench for 315 x 3 today, I'm pretty sure I could have got five but he told me to stop. Anyways on paper it looks like I did 3-4 weeks of progress in 2 days lol.

It's a good reminder that I need to work out a little bit harder when I'm by myselfInvalid Link Removed

Depends on how you look at it, because I'm in a higher rep range I guess you could consider these PRS, I've never taken a pair of 75 lb dumbbells for more than 20 reps on incline, it's the first time Ive gone past 15 reps with 35's on hammer curls.

A lot of these exercises I am doing for the first time above 15 reps with these weights. I'm more of a 5 to 10 rep guy most of the year and I've been trying to get away from that because I do get injured a lot. Sometime within the next week or two I'm going to put one or two workouts aside to go heavy on a lot of exercises and see where I'm at, back at week one I gave myself a list of numbers to beat for singles and reps so I've got something to compare to. I'm thinking at the end of the 4th week I'll probably do it
 
These are not my all-time best lifts but they are what I was doing 3 to 4 weeks ago and I'm about 400% positive I can beat every single number on that list by a good amount right now.

When it comes to my all-time PRS I'm probably close to all of them right now with the exception of bench press, my all-time best was 353 but I weighed 223 when I did it, I don't believe I can do that right now but I just did 315 for 3 I'm pretty sure I could hit 335 for a single, maybe 340 with enough people watching lolInvalid Link Removed
 
Yeah I noticed those 75s x15 the other day and was like, uhhh that’s definitely sub-maximal, but then I just figured you were just saving energy/recovery to prioritize the fight training.

If you bury yourself in the hypertrophy or strength, it will cut into your fighting, so remember to call your shots. Sometimes you will need to just coast vs push. You will learn retroactively for next time, whenever your body pushes back. The goal is to remember so you don’t have to experience that too much.

Hitting 25 reps after like 5 sets of flat bench and 2 warm up sets with dumbbells 45's and 55's x30. That was eye opening that I've been holding back quite a bit.

He told me next workout start with the incline db press and do however many sets it takes to get a hundred reps with the 75s, then either work on getting up to 30 reps a set or do another heavy bench day followed with some 80's for sets of 25 ect.

That makes the most sense to me. You need to keep a little heavy stuff in so you can retain a good base of strength, and then low rest/high rep work to build anaerobic endurance. What you don’t want is the gut-busting sets of 8-10 with 2-3 minute rests like you would for optimal hypertrophy in a growth phase.
