I started adding it up in my macros calculator and when I noticed I was over a thousand calories by the third item I just deleted it lol

I don't know if you guys remember but I got I think 20 or so extra caps of thermoamp that someone had left over so I'm going to be using this for 6 weeks now. Do you guys want me to just run the log out for 6 weeks or do you want me to pull the plug when I finish the bottle you guys sent me?
Also Neuro Melatonin, my girlfriend used it 3 days in a row and she dosent have sleep issues, but she feels like it made her a lil drowsy and made her sleep better. She said she felt like she could have slept in longer too if she didn't have to be up for work in the morning.

I've tried so many apps and I always end up not liking them so I just recorded on my free notepad, the following time I repeat a workout I open up the old workout refresh the date and just make sure I beat the previous workout and weight or reps. So next time I do chest and biceps il probably start with a heavy bench press and then try too much my number is on the rest of that workout because I'll be doing them when I'm already a little tired and that's still kind of a way to progressive overload.I’m always looking for a better app. Thought it could be something better than what I used.

I’m a big believer in a good cheat day, every once in a while. It really helps psychologically to stay on a cut. Great job so far…looks like your maintaining your goals.

I'm glad you got to eat so well though. Over the weekend I watched a bunch of kids and adults eat pizza at a birthday party and they kept trying to get me to eat some too. It drew a lot more attention to me than I wanted. But I love pizza more than anything to I just enjoyed it vicariously through them. And I snagged 3 or 4 pepperoni's off the slice my son didn't finish.
I get what you mean about your body being happy at a certain weight. Mine has been like that since my late 30s. I know it would be very easy to push the scale number up, but I also know that I'd be adding more fat than I want. My body definitely doesn't seem to want to go down on the scale, so I've just settled on a slow and steady recomp.
You've got experience cutting weight though. And I know you've got more tricks up your sleeve if the weight isn't coming off in a timely enough manner to stay on your planned/projected course.
Stay dedicated to your plan bro and you'll get it. After you beat up some kid that's half your age (and under 6'0") it'll be time to celebrate.

I actually plan on using a little clen the last 4-6 weeks, I also have t4 that I've been wondering what to do with, I originally bought it to use alongside GH but I just sold off my gh as I don't see myself being able to use it anytime soon. Maybe 100mcg of t4 would help with optimal thyroid function.or use clen like canelo, but you would have to spend some time in mexico eating street vendor food, lol.

I've mentioned in other threads that I use to have a guy I trained with that was a bodybuilder/bodybuilding trainer.
Well he was at the gym today and it's the first time I've seen him in a while and we worked out together. He loves picking apart my workouts so we actually took the workout I did Sunday and went through it again today except I started off with a flat bench press and then proceeded to do sunday's workout over again. The difference was night and day having someone there to yell at me or tell me how many reps more I need to do etc. Sunday I was doing sets of 15 with 75 lb dumbbells, today was 75's for 25,23,20 lol I'm leaving so much in the tank when I work out by myself. I also hit a flat bench for 315 x 3 today, I'm pretty sure I could have got five but he told me to stop. Anyways on paper it looks like I did 3-4 weeks of progress in 2 days lol.

Depends on how you look at it, because I'm in a higher rep range I guess you could consider these PRS, I've never taken a pair of 75 lb dumbbells for more than 20 reps on incline, it's the first time Ive gone past 15 reps with 35's on hammer curls.Great workouts. Any new PRs
When i was doing the 15's that day I was only resting 30sec between sets. I was basically just trying to get a good pump that workout. But I would have guessed 20 was around failure. Hitting 25 reps after like 5 sets of flat bench and 2 warm up sets with dumbbells 45's and 55's x30. That was eye opening that I've been holding back quite a bit.Yeah I noticed those 75s x15 the other day and was like, uhhh that’s definitely sub-maximal, but then I just figured you were just saving energy/recovery to prioritize the fight training.
If you bury yourself in the hypertrophy or strength, it will cut into your fighting, so remember to call your shots. Sometimes you will need to just coast vs push. You will learn retroactively for next time, whenever your body pushes back. The goal is to remember so you don’t have to experience that too much.

He told me next workout start with the incline db press and do however many sets it takes to get a hundred reps with the 75s, then either work on getting up to 30 reps a set or do another heavy bench day followed with some 80's for sets of 25 ect.
I feel like I'm rambling, but long story short, moderate weights for higher reps, more muscular endurance then hypertrophy. But still adding in some heave low rep stuff here and there to keep strength up. That's what I'm going for over the 8-10 weeks. Or until someone at the boxing gym tells me to do otherwise.
