I have some Finasteride and Minoxidil hanging out since I feel my hair is prone to thinning. Not sure if I should incorporate in run more wait till I get BW done to see if I'll get gyno from the Finasteride haha.

PCT is the rest of the IML stack

Goals:
Cut and/or recomp with new routine and diet (16-18% bf to 10-13% bf)
Been out of a consistent gym routine for about a year, and it was only 3 months last year. Before that it was pre-pandemic, so lets say two-ish years?
Work manual labor, usually hold onto muscle relatively well, and retrain quickly.

I Just finished Jeff Nippard's month long comeback program and my lifts are coming back up well. Started Nippard's 10 week long 5 day full body hypertrophy program.

Diet is 2200cal/day about 40/40/20 macros
Age: 25
height: 5'9
weight: 167
BF: guesstimate 16-17%

measurements:
Chest 41"
shoulder length 21-22"
R. bicep 14"
Waist 31.5-32"
Hip 34"
R. thigh 23.5"

Hoping to post a few times a week, once weekly at least.

Morning day 4:
Ended up getting to the PO box Monday, started Tuesday.

Only day four, not feeling anything crazy. Been applying the andro to shoulders and ursa to arms/ribs in AM, andro to shoulders and arms in PM.

Personal life and mood have been turbulent for a month now, but seems unaffected.
May drop the E-control as someone pointed out I don't need it with a non aromatizing substance.

I weight in at 163.8lbs this morning, that seems to be an outlier though. I didn't eat all of my food yesterday, and the rest of the week I've still been hanging around 166-167 when weighed. Vascularity unchanged, abs did look better in mirror, though that may have been the sunlight.

lifts and stamina seem unchanged for now and I don't expect any noticeable changes till after the two week mark.

Here are the details for the rest of the IML stack, excluding the 1-andro:
"Ultra Male"

  • Bioperine® – 10mg

  • Chlorophytum Borivilianum (50% extract) – 250mg
  • Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) – 200mg
Cycle support
  • Milk Thistle (Silybum Marianum) – 500mg
  • Glutathione (GSH) – 400mg
  • Artichoke (4:1 extract) – 300mg
  • Hawthorne Berry – 300mg
  • Saw Palmetto (Serenoa Repens) – 200mg
  • Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) – 100mg

Morning day 12:

Sorry for the lack of updates, been busy and sprained my shoulder.

Shortly after the 4th I noticed my muscles felt harder for sure, maybe small size gains. Pumps have been goood. My upper body looks way more toned imo, and I think I noticed my ex's friends looking at me. Went to a cabin like three months ago with them. They saw me shirtless and are aware I've only been back in the gym for 6-7 weeks, shoulders came back hard. That's probably ego, they could've been doing anything, but I feel there has been notable change in my physique. However small, even at a week, the andro has catalyzed something, cant wait to see what the weeks ahead hold... bar the sprained shoulder... rip.

Weight still 165 range
I do seem to be leaning out in my core, but my fridge has also not been working and I've been eating at a substantial caloric deficit. With that said, my strength and intensity hasn't diminished noticeably.
Abs and serratus (ribs muscles) seem to be coming out more, no impressive visible abs yet, but the lines are coming for sure.
Strength gains have been good on bench. I didn't think id be back at a 205 3x5 in 6 weeks when I maxed around 210 about a month ago, and my dumbbell bench has gone up to 70's for a 4x8 quickly too.

Mood seemed better this week, but last week was some pits- no lethargy to speak of, but the shoulder is upsetting. If anyone has some work-arounds that'll keep me from loosing too much progress with upper body, please share! As of now I'm following some basic subluxation exercises, wouldn't be too surprised if I popped it out and back in when I injured it.

Hair seems fine. I started Him's again but said **** it to oral Finasteride for now since I thought I noticed a difference in "lower body performance" but the shampoo has some stuff in it too, and TD minoxidil.
EDIT: While scrubbing my scalp dozens of hairs long and short came out into my hands this evening..

Thus far, pretty pleased, I do think at 12 days I've seen small, noticeable changes. If results are compounding and usually take full effect by week 2, the next few weeks should hold something definitive. I've not stuck to a solid diet while retraining before, but I have retrained enough times in more ideal conditions that by the end of the cycle I should know for sure by comparing progress.
Anyone have thoughts/experience on IML's 1&4 andro stack? If this proves successful, I may run that next.

Hurting your shoulder is one of the worst injuries in my opinion because you don't realize how much you rely on your shoulder for all other workouts you do (besides legs). I've hurt my shoulder before and I pretty much just did legs stuff for a few weeks because any other workout I did (chest, back, bi/tri, etc) I could feel it in my shoulders.

I think its recovering quickly, at this rate I maybe able to start light (30%) upper body again next weekend. Till then I'll focus on non-barbell leg exercises, bicep isolation, and core stability for my squats and deadlifts.

Good. I'm glad to hear it's recovering quickly and not a long lasting injury that requires surgery or something like that.

Week 3:

Workouts last week blew pretty hard, shoulders still too messed up to put much weight on it before it aches. Did a few legs days and abs. No noticeable changes, but I'd say the shoulder is holding me back a lot.

Week 5, day 1:

Frankly, workouts have been meh, slowly getting back up to 1k leg press, doing light legs and abs 3 days a week. Same report for week 4.

Shoulder def blew this log, gotta get an MRI, but I can still report on the other aspects outside the physical the best I can.

Muscle hardness- Defiantly saw some improvements. What I should attribute this to, workout or andro, no clue. However, I will say after 4 weeks of basically no upper body I still feel firm. Maybe just my mind, but muscles at application sight seem more firm (ribs, arms, shoulder).
(ill have before and after pics)

Strength- Yeah, I'd say my lifts were going back to where the used to be much quicker than I had anticipated.

Lethargy- Started taking this towards the latter half of a sad-boi breakup phase. I felt my mood was getting better until the shoulder thing, then my outlet and gym progress were stifled. Feel like it was an unfortunate waste of the andro, but I'll probably try it again after having healed for some time. I have fallen into a bit of a lull. Work isn't necessarily engaging, nor is the small town I'm in popping, which is enough reason to be apathetic to begin with haha. I will add though, not sure I've felt the most mentally stable I've ever been.

libido- Make it stop. As time has gone one its both recovered from the post-breakup reclusive behavior and gone beyond.. no sides in functionality either.

liver and kidneys- honestly feel fine, been drinking a healthy amount of water, and, while probably unadvisable, I have gotten sloshed a few times. For example, last weekend, I attended an event next to my work blew through 1L+ of liquor in less than 30 hours, woke up Sunday without a hangover (maybe the cycle support helped me out booze wise?)

Size/weight- final measurements will show, weight has stayed in 163-167 range depending on diet adherence and dipped in creatine at first.

Hair- May have fallen out a bit because it basically molts to start a new cycle when you introduce some of the topicals I used to keep it from potentially receding more. Inconclusive, but to me looks thinner.

Nice! Always a good feeling when your numbers start to get back to where you want them to be for strength.
