I think it’s going to keep going. Bumping test e from 420mg last week to 480mg this week. Next week is singles week and I plan to try out a 25mg shot of TNE oil preWO for one session and 25mg Anadrol tabs sublingually for another couple (so 555 total mg).

I’m also introducing 15mg Mk677 per day tomorrow, and CJC with DAC at 1mg every 5 nights for the next 3 weeks. That could make for some solid bloat.

Exemestane has been added at 11mg a couple times per week as of last week.

Could not get straight bar squatting to feel right/balanced, and everything felt insanely heavy. 405 would have likely been a competition effort yesterday. It’s a deload, I feel beat up, & I’m testing my lifts next week, so I shut it down and skipped speed pulls, trapbar work & step-ups. Really disheartening to feel this weak at this bodyweight, but I hope it’s just fatigue from Legpress Monday.

Carditone ran out after Sunday and bp was 130/70 resting Wednesday. Heart rate has felt really jacked up in training from Tuesday on, so I began 20mg Telmisartan/night as of Wednesday.

Began Mk677 at 15 last night and pinned 1mg CJC w/ DAC subq this morning.

A great bloodflow session. Got a good pump, got some LISS in, left better than I entered. Very light, fluffy legs in the morning before testing later this week.

I was looking at a meet mid March, the week after the Arnold, but I’ve decided to focus on continuing to build my base back this blast. I need to just keep stringing together progressive, productive training and steadily rebuild. I’m not in a position to make a run at lifetime PRs this spring, but I could this summer if I do the work now.

Easy bloodflow session as I’m testing bench Wednesday morning and Squat & Pull Thursday night.

Bought a Vulcan GHD - at $570 shipped for Black Friday, it’s much cheaper than basically everything but REP or Titan (which haven’t been in stock forever), and the Facebook market here has been void. It also has all of the features we want (split pads, band pegs, footsteps, length AND height adjustments, wheels). Did some measuring and we should be able to finagle it into the garage. I have wanted one for home for 6 years, more than any other machine, so it’s time to make it happen!

-Test E this week stays at 480mg
-Added Deca at 150mg/wk today
-Pinned 1mg of CJC w/ DAC again today (Day 6 of Mk677/CJC combo)

Im surprised your cycles are very low doses? Have you always been a low dose guy?

I have used a lot of orals in the past, so if you add that stuff up I think I tend to start getting strong results around the 900+ total weekly mg range (counting orals). But the highest I’ve ever run Test was 400mg, & I would like to push that up some and gauge sides/gains. Still doing some anabolic mapping really.

Adding the low-dose deca for joint support over winter and some extra water size since the vial is open & needs used. I know I like Masteron (but I’m out). EQ is a no-go as it crashes my E2 while giving me gyno aggravation and jacked up blood values just at 120mg. Tren I get lots of sides but great effect at low doses. I am very sensitive to 19-Nors but grow well from them too.

This run isn’t going to lead to contest, so I am just experimenting anabolic-wise and trying to raise my overall base of strength/size. I am thinking of adding 100mg either of DHB or Tren E in a couple weeks.

I’ve never seen a competing powerlifter / strongman use less than a gram of test or at least close to it. Extremely extremely beneficial for strength and general extra water. If I was you I’d be tempted to use more test even if I needed to drop some mgs of other stuff. You really haven’t even experienced test yet if you have never used more than 400.

I agree with almost all of that, except the reliance part - there are NO natural IFBB Pros due to the necessary look, but there have been pro strongmen and world level powerlifters who were/are (that’s genetics for you). But the abuse can be just as extreme, 5-10 grams/wk and such, huge doses of test & tren, orals that aren’t even measured - just swallowed by the handful. You hear it all.

So my thoughts are to keep creeping the test up for now as I spend time getting back to squatting and pulling after back injury.

Pulled off a nice ~5lb bloat from yesterday for today’s testing, & it paid out: everything in preparation today felt 10/10, ready to rock, banging on all cylinders hard. Left a little in the tank per the program, but I am confident I could have benched 355-360 today.

Not sure if it was the 25mg Anadrol tab administered sublingually an hour prior or just a combination of all of my preparation, but I felt incredibly locked in mentally! Really enjoyed my experience.

Lol as soon as I latched it I knew it was way too tight & I needed to bump it out a notch to account for the bloat (I have to do this every contest after a loading day), but I said, “screw it - I’ll fix it after this rep.” 405 was fast & smooth, but the pressure when I hit the bottom felt just like being in single-ply.
 
Btw, Supreme’s Mk677 is LEGIT. Switched to 20mg from them yesterday morning as I finished off the Aggressive 15mg caps I had; my hunger today & yesterday is just wild.

No, it happened as soon as I was firing back out of the hole - almost like a rocket shooting sparks at blast off I thought it had been snot at first because I have a cold from my son again, but I felt that fast warm trickle and blocked it with my hand while I got a paper towel from the work bench.

I have only ever had nosebleeds while on RAD140 I believe. Something about that drug increases them for me, independent of blood pressure very likely. But this time had to be pressure from the belt.

Rad is synonymous with nosebleeds for me too. Anadrol has gotten me close before, but not so early in to it.
 
Is there a meet you're aiming at?

Not currently. I was considering one around mid February to March, but I’ve decided I just need to focus on getting stronger first. I’m not in a place to really do anything I’d care about at a competition yet.

Can definitely feel the strength kicking in; you know it’s happened when all the little things get easier. Found myself just repping the stack on pec deck despite almost no rest between supersets - which btw, is a testament to how silly they build some of these machines to make the user feel good about loading them up. It’s not like I would actually use 50kg dbs for pec flyes!

Also, taught a kid who was truly unhappy with his squat depth how to rebuild his squat to where he wants it, and helped another random kid who wanted to borrow my belt for his deadlift go on to hit 455 for a 30lb PR. It’s the little things in life
 
This morning was supposed to be lower accessory day, but woke up still hacking & blowing yellow gunk that has been building for a week (last Thursday morning I officially had green snot from my lungs). I made it through testing at the end of the training cycle, but since I’m about to start a new one I decided to rest up vs drag this out harder.

Pinned 650mg glutathione IM before bed with subq carnitine to drive it last night, and continued to sleep in and got 10 hours rest.

Good talk about movement preparation, skill acquisition, injury prevention. Guy competes at 198 and gunning for a 396lb axle press and 264lb db press.

Incredibly pumped after this, especially my chest & front delts. Used 10mg Dbol preWO & nothing bad to say there either - felt very strong. A great way to kick off the next 10-week training cycle.

Making some dietary changes; I have not been getting optimal protein consumption IMO. Maybe 210-250g generally, & I think for someone trying to grow on AAS that’s probably leaving potential on the table. Furthermore, eating so little let’s me get away with inferior food choices that are making me fatter faster than necessary. Yesterday I got in ~320g protein by focusing on that, and it made for a much more sound diet.

How did you achieve 320g protein? Lots of whey?

I feel I need to do the same but honestly struggling to get the food in. Summer + tren is making it difficult to eat.

Supplementation, getting 5 feedings in, and eating a bit more meat than I’d prefer/have been. Yesterday, which had no training, was:

11am -2 cups shredded wheat in: 10g collagen, 8oz skim milk, 4 oz water, 1 heaping scoop each of chocolate whey iso & beef iso

2:30pm - 2 McDonald’s double cheeseburgers & a chocolate protein bar (on the way home from grocery)

5pm - 1 can ravioli & 1 jumbo can of drained tuna, 3 Chips Ahoy cookies

7:30pm - 8oz or so delmonte steak, 1 cup peas, 3 small golden potatoes (about 1 baked potato’s size in total)

9:30pm- 6.5oz roast beef lunch meat, 1 slice cheddar cheese

I forgot to count the potatoes and peas, so it might be more like 330g, but it’s not an exact science.

It is incomplete, but the body breaks down all protein sources for contribution to the amino acid pool - so if you are consuming sufficient other proteins within reasonable proximity, more of the incomplete sources can be utilized.

So 20g in your coffee with no meal for hours, idk if that will get used at all. But if you have that with a plate of eggs, a bowl of cottage cheese, a steak or a shake, I would count it.

It definitely sped my nail growth up, but I was told to take it by older strongmen when my bicep tore off and have continued it now for almost 3 years for my connective tissue. I mentioned it to my barber, who recommends it now to clients who are thinning/shedding, especially women, and he said beyond a shadow of a doubt it did help their hair growth.

It’s a supplement, and it works.

Awesome to hear that, I agree on all accounts. Mostly I justify it to myself for as you mentioned connective tissue and joints, although the other antiaging aspects are also great. Coincidentally enough, I have that first cup of coffee every day with eggs and a carb lol. I also agree on the hair aspect, my wife has been on it for around a year now and she's the second woman I know to swear by it. I am also going through more back razor blades now ha.

Catch Up: on 510 test / 150 deca with 20mg Mk677 daily & 1mg CJC w/ DAC e5d atm; getting stronger again & gaining weight (246lbs). On my 3rd cold in 2 months because my son goes to daycare now. Last week I hit 345/455/525 squat/bench/dead leaving a little in the tank on each.

This took all my will to get through; I was so gassed I skipped accessories & just left the bar loaded after. Still, 15lbs on my squat & 20 on deadlift from 5 weeks ago.

All of our colds seemed to be winding down, but 2 kids at my son’s daycare tested positive for RSV Tuesday. Now it seems like my son & myself probably have it - we were obviously sicker today & now with RSV symptoms. My GHR arrived, but I didn’t have the energy to assemble it.

Oh also, this is cool: had the wife pull 315 yesterday morning pretty smoothly since her estimated max is around 325. 35lbs more than the most she’s pulled since having the baby! She’s putting in the work and getting it back.

This Vulcan GHD is awesome. Truly sturdy build quality, very easy to assemble, impeccable packaging for safe transport, and they thought the ergonomics out well (split pads to clear your package, adjustable band pegs & handles, double adjustable foot pads, wheels). Footprint is very respectable for something to do glute-ham raises, back extensions, weighted situps, and preacher curls.

It just feels great! Worth the $570 shipped.

Saw a tissue specialist with the wife tonight after training to take a look at the position imbalances I’ve been having when trying to strict press. She checked all my rom, looked for any tissue issues or red flags, & nothing seems screwed up. My left side back musculature is a little bit bigger, but I’m left-handed. So that was a big relief. We think it’s probably just a preparation/mobility thing - very glad to have gotten an educated set of eyes & hands on things for an opinion instead of ignoring something that could have been a major problem down the road.

Also, took 10mg Dbol before this and the pump was so insane I couldn’t really do my curls 🤯
