Donald Trump running for president

I just got done watching my local news, and apparently absentee voter ballot envelopes may or may not (depending on where you live) indicate your party affiliation with an R or D. I wasn’t aware of this, but no wonder people are suspicious!
 
In other fake news, Trump tells people that if they vote on the 3rd, they should also try to vote on the fourth and liberals actually believe he is telling people to vote twice.
 
Just for fun and laughs, I think we all owe it to ourselves to watch this on a regular basis.
If we can accept anything as being fact in 2020, it would be what Trump said in his last statement.

Good call! Actually I must admit that I had yet to realize the significance of today. Thanks for reminding me. Now I feel myself getting a little emotional 😞

To think that now we are suffering from terrorism largely inflicted by our own citizens 😐

Going off course, but 9/11 reminds me of a great time where drivers would stare at the road, people would cross the street with straight necks, people were more social (well social media is social, but not the same lol,) picking up a newspaper meant much more and flipping through the pages let you know whats going on, music didnt suck as much as it does now and buying a music cd or cassette meant going through the album art and appreciating it as a personal possession, going to Blockbuster and figuring out what movie to watch by looking at the box and not staring at imdb on my phone, damn I miss those days....not 9/11 but I can look back and say those were the good times even though I had much less back then.

Oh, I agree 100%. We have advanced so much with technology, but largely in ways that make us less social and interactive with our surroundings. It seems like it was just yesterday we were doing these things. 😦

In other real news, Trump knew covid-19 would be deadly to 5% of hosts, yet downplayed it without adequating preparing people for the threat.

Except they're not the President.

Republicans really do have to try hard to make it seem like Trump wasn't blatantly downplaying the virus lol. He KNEW, and yet he lied. Only got him to blame

Like I said, always happy to shift blame. Trump is to blame, period. He is the President.

Let's face it, he wasn't doing it to prevent panic, his only concern is the Dow Jones.

He is the president not a dictator. He can’t unconstitutionally wave a magic wand and fix things.

The fact is he downplayed it yes, he took some actions early on and he was called xenophobic, racist, fear mongering with those who share the top responsibilities of governing the US.

Blaming solely on Dump is a distraction.

I'd wager Democrats would say the same about the majority of Republicans. You have a Republican president who barely cares 192,000 Americans are now dead due to a virus he knew all about. And you guys are still defending him.

The truth is after 9/11 regardless of why it happened, both parties let us down. They say they attacked us because they hate our freedoms, and both parties followed up by raping our freedoms away... so you know if we have no freedoms they can’t take it anymore I guess :/

Yeah absolutely tragic what happened. I remember watching it on the news at school. Next year will be 20 years. Crazy.

On the 10th year anniversary I spent it trying to find the names and faces of all the victims. Turns out, it takes a long time when it is so many names and faces.

My sister was in the building across the street when they bombed it in ‘93....she walked out saw bodies on the ground and she walked right into an open WTC building to take the subway home to Brooklyn....I know because she called me in shock and told me about it that day, and the crazy part is she has no recollection of calling me and telling me what happened.

And I'd say not nearly as many Democrats do this as you think. Again, that link has some good insights. Both sides see each other as the enemy, when they arent.

That would be like a Democrat saying "all Republicans are racist, misogynistic white men". Just because a few are, doesn't mean they all are.
